Avery got adopted Monday, September 19 at Dog & Kitty City in Dallas at 10 weeks old.
He is a Russian blue and the reason he has two names because I picked Avery as his name and my sister loves his name as Mushroom so why not have a longer name :D I'm glad I was very picky on the cat at the shelter because he was exactly the type I was looking for and he is still a kitten so I am able to teach him a lot of things, maybe liking water more or baths!
He is super cuddly and I guess as a baby he wants a motherly figure and he tried to get milk from me several times. That's a story I won't explain further but he is super affectionate and he gets along very well with my roommate's dog Papas.
I love how he is super easy to maintain because cats just take care of themselves.
When it comes to homework, he gets a little distracting. He would be sleeping next to me one minute and the next second he jumps up to chew on my pen while I am writing or he would lay across my laptop.
I love having that little fella around, he makes my UTD experience more enjoyable and bearable haha!
